Suffering is generally perceived like a negative experience, but it could be always a big source of power toward progress. Especially when you suffer for Christ it is the biggest honor to be the testimony of God and of Christ in the world. This corresponds with a bigger measure of glory in the kingdom of God.
Amen! And I am reminded of another verse: “That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ.” — 1 Peter 1:7
