Jesus does not invite us to take a yoke from him to put on our neck, but invites us to conjugate with him, to share the same yoke with Him, to become partakers of his lifestyle. God is our Father and He created us to be His children and to form a family of love around Him. But the devil decided that it would be better to run away from home, into the wilderness and survive by ourselves, without His rules. So godless mankind live by the law of the jungle and must also substitute the role of God, that’s why people are toiled and burdened. Jesus came on earth to show us how easy and good it is the life of a son of God. The Father takes care of you, He teaches you the secrets of success He carries the burden, you just have to be modest and humble, recognizing His role and trusting in His love, care and guidance. Basically, Jesus invites us to be God’s people in Him, with Him, like Him and relying on His support. This is real life.
