God shares with humans that enter in His house, or family, all His satisfaction and all that they need. Many, like Cain, dream to enjoy the blessings of God, but do not want Him like a Father. So, their dreams never come through. But who accepts to be the child of God and to treat Him like his Father, will enjoy gradually, more and more of His satisfactions and blessings.
