Peace, shalom is order, for God is not a God of disorder but of peace (1 Cor 14:23). Peace means harmony too. Harmony with God, with the laws of creation, with yourself and with the others. If one loves the Law of God, he is an ordered man and lives in harmony, he has much peace.
