“No pain, no gain”. Our heavenly Father gives us the most important thing for becoming forever His sons and daughters, and this is His education. We are “theodidactoi”, educated by God. He knows that without the formation and maturation of faith in Him we cannot be saved. So He prepares a real school of faith for us and sessions of training specific to everyone of us. So we have to understand and accept that faith is the most precious gain and the condition of real wealth. Then faith is like gold, if you want to purify and ennoble gold you need to pass it through the fire. The same thing is real about faith. Actually, if a sportsman or a soldier wants to perform they go willingly to the training. even more so do we.
