Ethan, the psalmist, is blessing the people and shares the joy that makes you shout, the joy that one feels in front of God, when His Face is positive toward him. The people that are seeing the Face of God experience grace, at least by faith, because “In Your presence is fullness of joy” (Ps 16:11).
