This verse is an repeat of the Decalog: “I am the LORD your God, Who brought you out of the land of Egypt, open your mouth wide, and I will fill it”. The Decalog is first of all the covenant God that promised to His loved Israel that if she comes in the Sabbath in His presence. She dedicates this day to His relation, will not exchange Him with another god and will not even confound Him with other gods, because she will know that God is full of faithful love. The satisfaction promised by “I will fill your mouth” is first of all, a relational one.
