God is the Absolute Father and His kingdom is His family. So, the members of His Kingdom are sons of God in His Son. Who is in Jesus and follows his faith, that is in His relation of communion, love, and obedience of the Father, is the son or the daughter of God, and is not afraid of God, but has a free relation with the Father. His or her only fear is not to be separated of the Father. In rest he or she doesn’t have any fear.
I once heard a pastor say that God tells us to not be afraid 365 times in the Bible, one for every day of the year….. I totally believe this, as we also know that “God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
Only the enemy wants us fearful, anxious, and cowering in the corner. Having confidence in the Lord and trusting in Him eliminate our fears.
