  1. This verse brings us directly into the vision of Zechariah, where Joshua as representative of the people of Israel at the throne of God is condemned by Satan in front of God. God instead admonishes Satan because he is a liar, because it was real that in the past Joshua made mistakes, but in that moment he was out of fire, he was a converted and forgiven person, a fact that Satan didn’t want to consider. The fact is that a converted person is rehabilitated in front of God and the sins of that person are covered by the blood of Jesus. That is the reason for so much joy and wonder for the goodness of God, that it is natural to tell to everyone you meet.
