The righteous that cry is not a person that has a clean file, that never made mistakes, but any sinner that comes to Christ and follows the way of God in His Sanctuary. He comes to the altar of sacrifices, and dies with Chist towards sin and being cleaned in His blood enters in the temple of God and starts eating and obeying the Word of God. He asks to be filled with the olive oil of the Holy Spirit, so he starts to give light, the light of God’s love, and so becomes a saint, and all his prayers, accompanied by the perfume of the Christ righteousness arrive to the throne of God and are received and receive an answer. This is the way to become a righteous man and to receive the answer to your prayers from God.
