This does not mean that a sick person or that suffers a pain is automatically not protected by God, but no one can touch the spiritual integrity of one that is faithful to God. No one can affect his or her salvation. The reward of the evil is eternal death and the reward of the righteous is eternal life in Jesus, our Lord.
