As it is said in Rev 14:12, the saints keep the commandments of God and have the faith of Jesus. Not simply the faith in Jesus, but “of Jesus”. The victory of Jesus that He invites us to share, (in a manner that we may be able to be partakers of His royal divine destiny, of children of God in God’s Son), is the victory of remaining faithful to the word of God and trusting continually in Him. From the desert of temptation to Gethsemane , Jesus continued to oppose sin until the blood, to the temptation to act in disharmony with the Word of the Father. This is the way to be a victor, and share the destiny of Christ, by sharing with Him the continual faithfulness to the Word of God.
